Bridging plans

The KI NRM Board has written an Initial NRM Plan for the Kangaroo Island region to cover the existing plans and programs which will continue to be implemented while the new, comprehensive NRM Plan is being developed for the Island.  An Annual Review was conducted on the Initial Plan in 2007.   While they are doing so their work is based on the existing plans of the past KI Natural Resources Board Inc., KI Animal Plant Control Board and KI Soil Conservation Board.  Bridging plans developed by the KI NRM Board summarise these past Boards plans and outline the current programs being implemented while the new, comprehensive plan is being written.Click on the links below for these bridging plans.

Investment Strategies

Four investment strategies have been produced for Kangaroo Island. These strategies outline actions to address the targets from the Kangaroo Island Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan (KI INRM Plan), which was produced in 2004 by the former Kangaroo Island Natural Resources Board Incorporated (KINRB).
